Information and purposes

We process contact details, visa-request details, profile claims, security records and basic technical data to operate the directory, review claims, respond to requests, prevent abuse and, with consent, identify a regulated professional who may be relevant.

Sharing

A matching request is not automatically sent to directory listings. We may share it with a regulated professional only where appropriate and within the consent provided. We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

Retention

Unmatched enquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after 12 months. Claim and disclosure records may be retained longer where needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Suppression records may be retained to prevent republication.

Analytics

Google Analytics is optional and loads only after “Allow analytics” is selected. Clear this site's browser storage to reset the choice.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection by emailing david@fenova.co. We may verify identity before acting.
